Little Havana and Allapattah Have Some Challenges To Overcome

Little Havana and Allapattah continue to make the news when one speaks about future development opportunities in the Miami area.
I have been helping investors purchase and sell properties in the Little Havana area and most recently, have been researching and learning of growth opportunities in Allapattah.
All this talk is not all speculation. Several major players have already parked themselves in these areas and are looking forward to the transformation that these Urban HotSpots are taking.
The consensus is that each of these areas has their own personality or culture and for each to thrive they have to keep this culture and actually build upon this culture. This article addresses some of the hurdles that exist. Behind the scenes, efforts are already being done to work with activist, preservation boards, residents and developers to carve out the development that will be allowed.
You may click on Little Havana tab right here on my website to see the transformation that is taking place or you may call me at 305-582-4062 to discuss any interest you may have to be a part of these Urban Hot Spots that are in the making.
