WHAT??? Another UP and COMING URBAN Hot Spot?

Those of you who know me or follow me know that I am bullish on Little Havana, Allapattah and Little Haiti as areas where new development is making a mark which result in sound investment opportunities. Now East Hialeah??

East Hialeah seems to have the footprint and the elements to make this a reality. We need to understand that Miami's population continues to grow and there is no where to go but to look at our neighborhoods andredevelop them. Furthermore, Millennials trend towards Urban vs. Suburban living which further support the idea of redevelopment.

Can East Hialeah become another Urban Hot Spot? It's tough to tell right now but if there is one thing you can be sure of is that I will keep an eye our on it and let you know what comes of it.
